TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Our Longhorn cattle are maintained and sold fully vaccinated and de-wormed. Potential herd sires will be fertility tested here at around15 mo old.  Any bull calf sold as a breeding bull before old enough to have a fertility test can not be guaranteed a breeder. If it turns out he is not a breeder, he may be exchanged for a bull of equal value, no refund will be given. Any problem arising after an animal has left our ranch is the sole responsibility of the new owner. Animals going to Registered sales have a Health Certificate from a Texas State Board Certified Veterinarian verifying the health and status of the animal. We will and cannot be responsible for something we cannot control. 
Prices quoted on our Longhorns are good for 30 days from date of quote in writing. It is preferred that sold cattle be picked up or delivered as soon as possible but we realize exceptions exist and are willing to work with you. Delivery may be available for a reasonable price. Changing out at a sale site is usually a practical idea, depending on room in trailer, available transit pens, and a small fee may be added. In this case the new owner is responsible for attaining a transit pen at their expense. We can supply you with several reputable Longhorn haulers that haul around the country.
